I applied through the website. It was easy. The reaching time was not so fast, about 1 week. After they hit me, we scheduled an HR interview for 3 days later. The interview went so smooth. HR's english level was upper intermediete. So it was very easy to communicate with her even though my level is also intermediete. She asked me general questions (questions will be listed below). The day after the interview day, she scheduled a technical interview for 5 days later. There was 1 developer and a manager, I think. Interview was quite easy. If I have to say, the position and questions are not appropriate. For senior developer position, I think, questions should be more general and project experience based. Instead, they asked me very basic questions and detailed information. If you are a middle or Senior developer, you know, you do not and have not to remember all the details. You just remember how to use and why to use and when to use. (I am still waiting for their response. The technical interview was only 2 days before. So, be patient myself)
