Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Ventura Foods (Waukesha, WI) em set. de 2019
Entrevista
I was first contacted by the corporate recruiter (Danielle) to set up a time and date for a phone conversation (interview) about my experience and what I brought to the table. The second step was a phone conversation (interview) with EHS Corporate Director (John), and lastly the face to face interview with the leadership team in Waukesha. From the very first contact made by the recruiter Danielle I was made to feel very welcomed and heard. She did a great job understanding me and asking really good open ended questions that allowed me to explain in detail about my experience. The next step was the scariest for me when I knew that I would be talking to not only an expert in the field of Health & Safety, but a person who was in charge of a program that covered multiple facilities in a corporation the size of Ventura Foods. A couple of minutes into the conversation I realized that my phone conversation with John wasn't just about how much I knew but rather what kind of person I was, and the soft skills that I possessed. It became more about my interpersonal skills rather than how quickly I could rattle off OSHA requirements. I can honestly say that every single person involved in the hiring process really took the time to answer my questions and were very forthcoming in what the expectations were from corporate, the Waukesha facility, and the entire team that I would be working with. I walked away feeling like everyone was upfront and honest with me. A better experience I simply could not have had!
