This was a very standard interview process, no surprises. The recruiter, Danielle, reached out to me initially. Danielle is fantastic. She did a great job answering my questions in a refreshingly straight-forward, sincere manner. Danielle made me feel very comfortable during the initial screening, which felt more like a conversation than an interview. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, very prompt with her communications and very thorough in her answers to my questions.
After a screening with Danielle, I proceeded to two separate interviews with VPs.
Ultimately Ventura and I were not quite the right fit for each other, but my experience was overall top notch!

Entrevista
Interview process was awesome from start to finish. lengthy process ensuring both parties were a good match. The recruiter Danielle Carson was as good as any recruiter I have worked with. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Every person I spoke with was friendly and made the interview process very comfortable and conversational. Really impressive planning and coordination for the entire interview process from start to finish.
