THE HR GHOSTED ME AFTER 3 TECHNICAL ROUNDS. DO NOR WASTE TIME INTERVIEWING HERE. There were 4 rounds of interview including the initial telephonic round. The first round was a one hour long technical round comprising of system design questions, experience and coding questions. I was asked to code the square root of a number, and then to optimise the code to handle large integers. On the system design, Redis, Kafka, Load balancing, AWS and many more. The second round was comparatively easier with only simple system design questions. The final round was with the CTO who asked me to solve 9x9 sudoku in 30 mins. I solved it partially, then he asked me to solve it offline, and submit, which I did, but then the HR ghosted me. Upon asking, she said she will get back to me but never did. If these companies do not have the capacity to hire, then please have the courage to reject a candidate with respect. Do not ghost them.
