Applied on line this was a former Chemours plant applied when it was Chemours. Took several weeks for someone from the plant got a hold of me. Did 2 phone interviews got invited to on-site interview. Did a one on one with plant manager then a panel with leadership team. Straightforward questions and genuinely nice people.
