The interviewer instructed me to write down a series of steps in how I would help someone who has never fueled their car before on how to do it for the first time.

Face to face with NOC manager and CTO. The first part was just with the NOC manager then the CTO came in and we basically talked about my experience and training up to that point. Then 2 weeks of waiting with no decision, they responded to email and inquiry but never had an asnwer.
