Initial communication to schedule a call was good. The Talent Acquisition team is based in US, the individual I got was nice enough and I thought our chat went well. Was given timescales for next steps but sadly I had to chase. I then received a generic rejection email from her with no reason given. I emailed back and asked politely for feedback and never got a reply. Very disappointing indeed. Impersonal and don't care about the candidate.
