We are sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience with our interview process. Our receptionist is very flexible and understanding if an applicant is unavailable for an interview on a specific day. We do not reject any applications for that reason. We ask for a hard copy of your resume because we only have an electronic copy before you actually come into our office for an interview. We wouldn't want our hiring manager to keep a laptop open to go through it with you during the interview. The way our office looks is irrelevant to what we do as a company, and we work hard to furnish the office in a way that looks professional. The term "pyramid scheme" does concern us though because those organizations require payment from participants that wish to join which are then asked to give a portion of their profits back to the company. We do not under any circumstances require upfront payment for anyone to join our office and all of our employees are paid a guaranteed rate.
