I was referred by an employee so it was more simple than expected. Interviewed with three different managers, the third one being the district manager. It took about 2 weeks for everything to get done, including the background check, and after that I was ready to go into training. Everything was pretty straight forward and would suggest applying as soon as possible as training for the job does take up 3 weeks.

Brief phone screening, in store interview and phone interview with District Manager. All interviews were extremely laid back and low pressure, The store manager let me know I had the job 5 minutes into the in store interview.
