Technical Assessment test, Manager Round. After the two rounds they ghosted me for a month without any feedback and reply to my emails. They came back after a month and asked me when can I start because they have an offer me. I told the start date and they ghosted me again from next day didn't even respond to my email. They have the right to reject but not to ghost.
