This follows a pretty standard interview process with nothing overtly different from other companies. However, there seemed to be a bigger emphasis on culture here to make sure "googley" type of people are hired. The interview process included a phone screen + in person interviews. The interviews were with individuals and I met with ~6 different people over the course of 1 day.
