1st round 30-minute interview followed by a second round of 4-5 45-minute interviews with the rest of the team. Several behavioral questions as well as technical questions about GCP, FDA guidance documents, processes, etc. Recruiter was absolutely terrible. I emailed her 3 times after my second round of interviews in June and still haven’t heard back from her or the company. Please don’t ghost your candidates and waste their time. It’s disrespectful.
