Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 2 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Verily (New York, NY).
Entrevista
Projects discussed seemed interesting. The position honestly had a lot of promise for me and I would've taken the offer if it had been better. It had the expertise growth I wanted in a new job and coworkers seemed fantastic and very open about the company's pros and cons. I was told people were pulled off of projects to work on non-related projects due to covid and many people left because of it. I actually butchered one of the technical questions due to misjudgment, but we both kind of laughed it off. Hiring manager was nice and seemed pleasant to work under. They were offering me about 15% less than my best offer.

There were three screens to the interview process: Initial call with recruiter, second call with hiring manager and then an on-site interview if the first two calls went well. My first two calls took place within a week and both went really well. I didn't hear from anyone for about a month and half following the second phone screen and didn't get much information from the recruiter regarding feedback. A month and half later, I get invited for an on-site interview. Everyone I interviewed with was really nice and we had some fun conversations. At the end of the interview, I was told I'd hear back in two weeks time with a decision. One month later, I was told that the position was frozen after I contacted the recruiter for feedback. The entire interview process took almost three months, which for the bay area, is just not acceptable.

Questions ranged from very broad (tell me about yourself) to technical and hypotheticals. Difficulty of questions depended on who the interviewer was, but none of the questions seemed unreasonable.
