Fairly straightforward, phone screen with recruiter. I was then moved to the hiring manager and a follow up interview with Human Resources. The interviews were 30-45 minutes and very professional.

I reached out to the hiring team for an advertised role and an interview was scheduled. I was told that my background in contact centre, call recording & voice analytics fit nicely with the role and that the hiring manager would be notified that day. I waited about a week and again inquired, being told there was no response yet from the hiring manager. I was advised that I would receive a call and that the call may have to be the following day...to which I have received no further communication from Verint.

Situational interview process. Seems HR controls the process and has significant influence over hiring decisions. Met with a number of people during onsite visit. The interviewers outside of HR asked traditional questions like how do you manage the sales process. Background check at the end of the process.
