Entrevista
The interview process was very unprofessional. The individual I Interviewed with has no respect for future hires nor does she have time management skills. Interview was pretty simple yet seemed very uncoordinated. Had no idea what they wanted to ask nor what they wanted for the position. It got to the point where i did not even want the job anymore for the mere fact that the HR hiring department was unprofessional.

The interview process straightforward and as expected for this type of role. However, what was not expected was being completely ghosted after the final round and having my follow-up emails ignored.

Panel of three interviewers. Questions tested country knowledge, judgement and competencies. Questions were thoughtful and showed that they had spent time reviewing my profile. Clear desire to understand my motivations and aspirations.

This process took place over seven interviews, nothing too crazy was asked. it was clear they were trying to find the right person for the job. Everyone i spoke to was responsive and pleasant
