Interview was fine, but went over by 30 min. However, they were cagey on how much the position paid, which is against the law in Washington State. Ultimately this is the reason I turned down the job offer. How can I work for someone who doesn't obey laws?
The interview process straightforward and as expected for this type of role. However, what was not expected was being completely ghosted after the final round and having my follow-up emails ignored.

Panel of three interviewers. Questions tested country knowledge, judgement and competencies. Questions were thoughtful and showed that they had spent time reviewing my profile. Clear desire to understand my motivations and aspirations.
