The interview process consisted of an initial recruiter screening, a technical interview focused on UiPath, SQL, and automation design principles, followed by a behavioral discussion with the hiring manager. The conversations were structured and transparent, with clear expectations about the role, responsibilities, and team environment. Overall, the process was smooth, professionally conducted, and allowed me to demonstrate both technical depth and problem-solving capabilities.

Can you walk us through a complex UiPath automation you designed end-to-end and explain the business impact it delivered?
First interview was with the recruiter where she basically explained the details of the position and went over my resume. Asked me about a time I went above and beyond for a customer, how I feel about high call volumes, familiarity with release of information and HIPAA, then moved me onto the second interview which was the next day with the hiring managers. They asked the same questions as the recruiter and the following day I had my 3rd interview with the direct supervisor for the role. I was called about 3 hours later by the recruiter with the offer and then emailed the official offer letter. Entire process was about a week.
Fast and easy. Interview lasted about 30 to 40 minutes. Very nice and relaxed conversation, did not feel stressed. Basic questions and them telling me about the company. Hired within 2 weeks.
