Over the phone interview was done by a recruiter. The followup interview/screening was a 45 minute conversation conducted by the human resource department. Finally met with management team for the final interview.

The interview was quite difficult as it requires multiple processes. The hiring managers are helpful in guiding and preparing for the interview. Overall experience with the process is rated 4 out of 5 for lack of transparency in what the role entails.

How did you resolve interpersonal disagreements between team members?
Not too much pressure and overall a laid back interview. Knowing your stuff and being prepared is key. The process if getting hired from the outside can take some time
