Interview process was somewhat drawn out and convoluted, but overall not that bad. Interviewer acted like I was interviewing for a senior management position and acted like I would be very lucky to be offered the position, but overall, it wasn't that difficult of an interview. Basic questions about how I handled past problems.

Entrevista
I applied online and passed the online assessment, I then did a video interview and after had to wait a while until I was contacted for a job offer. The interview consisted of STAR scenario questions which were all fairly easy. Once I got the offer they started the background check which took 8 days to clear.

Entrevista
There were three parts to my hiring process. 1. The recruiter called me and asked me questions. 2. I spoke to the Assistant Manager. They asked me standard questions and we role-played a standard sale. 3. I did an in-person interview with the General Manager. We also did a role-play as well. BE PREPARED FOR THAT.
