i applied on line. the next day I received an email to schedule a phone interview. Had about an hour long phone interview. The recruiter said I passed scheduled a face to face interview. Spoke to HR after the face to face interview. Was told would receive an email regardless of outcome. Still waiting on an offer.

Entrevista
The interview was conducted virtually. It was for the customer service position. Mostly I was questioned about how I would handle various scenarios, for assisting clients. I was asked some real world examples and asked to handle them.

Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.
