Easy you get a phone call for your over the phone interview. Next you are in the store with a store manager. After that they give you a call ask you if you want a job or if you are turned down. It's all easy and kind of a joke process
not difficult. it went smoothly. long hiring process but recruiters often respond quickly. got interview the next week. but it took some time to hear back from them. however, it's not very hefty
Talked about myself, experience and goals. Then they had me and the two people interviewing me run through a mock sale, take coaching, then had us run through a sale again.
The whole Verizon process felt like wandering a maze that kept adding new hallways. It took multiple applications and assessments just to reach a recruiter, and once I finally did, the communication went quiet. Four weeks just to get to that point, and then no follow-up at all. For a role that sounded urgent, the month-and-a-half timeline made the experience feel slow, disorganized, and ultimately unproductive.
