Phone interview first very easy normal questions. After completing the phone interview they offer you a computer test. After the test you will have a face to face interview with one of the floor managers.

The interview was conducted virtually. It was for the customer service position. Mostly I was questioned about how I would handle various scenarios, for assisting clients. I was asked some real world examples and asked to handle them.
