You are asked multiple behavioral scenario questions and you sell a product at the end of the interview. It starts with the question Tell me about yourself? And the Hiring manager tells you about themselves

What's a goal that you couldn't reach and what did you do to change it? 4. Tell me about a time you had to compete for (a gift card, free lunch, etc) how did you meet your objective? 5. Tell me about a time you put aside your work to help a teammate? More questions but that's what I remember
not difficult. it went smoothly. long hiring process but recruiters often respond quickly. got interview the next week. but it took some time to hear back from them. however, it's not very hefty
Talked about myself, experience and goals. Then they had me and the two people interviewing me run through a mock sale, take coaching, then had us run through a sale again.
The whole Verizon process felt like wandering a maze that kept adding new hallways. It took multiple applications and assessments just to reach a recruiter, and once I finally did, the communication went quiet. Four weeks just to get to that point, and then no follow-up at all. For a role that sounded urgent, the month-and-a-half timeline made the experience feel slow, disorganized, and ultimately unproductive.
