a standardized testing process covering math, grammar, analytical reasoning, problem solving , then a simple phone interview that used the most standard of interview questions, the interviewer didnt really seem to care about the process. followed by a call back giving you your offer and if you accepted your start date.

Entrevista
The interview was conducted virtually. It was for the customer service position. Mostly I was questioned about how I would handle various scenarios, for assisting clients. I was asked some real world examples and asked to handle them.

Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.
