Interview process is traditional. It's not a role that they hire outside of the company for. They typically wanna bring up someone from within. They are usually looking for someone that knows the products and solutions. Someone that has produced a lot of revenue and someone who has a nose for prospecting

There is an initial chat with HR (screener), then with Director, then a presentation with manager and Director. Pretty standard stuff, and a good chance to set yourself apart from other candidates.
