Great first impression: HR screening was underwhelming from the start. The recruiter kept his camera off the entire time, which set the tone. I was told I’d hear back either way, apparently “no news” is their official update policy, even after a follow up email that went unanswered. Two months later, I assume I’m still “in the process”.
