Found out that Verkada was hiring through contacts on LinkedIn and was connected to a recruiter. I was called by a recruiter, who asked me about my background and availability. Was told that I would take a coding assessment in Python. However, I never received the assessment. I tried emailing the recruiter a few times, but no response.

Applied online, got oa and completed same day, got HR screen, and was sent to first round leetcode. Passed that then moved on to final round which was one more Leetcode then culture fit with hiring manager back-to-back.

One OA, One technical round, Virtual Onsite with one technical and HM call, pretty smart intervieweres, and culture seems to be good, their team focuses on video streaming backend and camera programming. I got oral offer, but rejected eventually. Recruiter said he didnt know why maybe the team is full, since he got good positive feedback on me from interviewers.

pass all the coding problems in the online test on CodeSignal and then received the interview invitation one hour after submission. The first interview is held by HR, and I will give more details later.
