My interview experience with Verkada was one of the best I've had. My recruiter was Chelsea who was consistent with her communication. She did an amazing job introducing the company that drove my interest. What I loved the most was my interview with the managers. They were personable that gave a glimpse of what the company culture was like, which I appreciated since it didn't come off as a "scripted" interview. From Chelsea to the managers, they vocalized how my experience and talent would fit the role. That engagement really gave me further interest as many interviews I've had in the past are reluctant to give two-way feedback and show care for the candidate. Lastly, the interviews felt very natural and conversation-like.

It was a great interview process, received from first round to find al (3rd round) under 3 weeks. The team is supportive and wants you to grow. They want coachable individuals trying to break into tech sales.
