They stated that we would continue with the application process after the initial screening and move on to the technical round in an hour. I spoke on zoom with one of their L2 support engineers about my experiences and my approach to troubleshooting. 3. With their support director, the third round of interview session is much more technical. I'm being evaluated on my problem-solving abilities once more, so don't make up any fake scenarios. The call went smoothly, but for some reason, I was turned down here. I'm doubtful of the level of experience they are expecting from recent graduates. 4. On-site interview make up the fourth round. In this round, according to HR, they would fly us to their location, where senior management would spend two days evaluating our technical skills and conducting some behavioral rounds.
