Recruiter reached out over LinkedIn and then stopped responding for a week. Finally responded and set up an interview but the recruiter showed up 15 minutes late. Set up a second interview but never followed up with the information. Another employee reached out to me at the same time but never responded after the first message.

Quick reach out. First round interview over the phone, getting to know you as well as a few technical questions. Gave an overview of the company and other details. Final interview was tough, presentation heavy.

Entrevista
Call with recruiter, video call with program manager, flew me to CA for an onsite interview, which consisted of a presentation with engineers and 3 follow-up 30-minute interviews, 1-on-1. Very conversational, interested in my background.
They were very supportive during the interview process. Mostly just wanted to understand my background and my interest in Verkada to ensure I was a good fit. Straight forward process that was communicated well.
