Recruiter reached out to me directly about the role. Once on the call, he pitched me the Account Exec role. I told him I was more interested int he Growth Manager role, to which he responded it might be "too analytical" - even though my CV clearly outlines my experience with data analytics. Rejects my assessment and couldn't tell me why. When you ask someone to give up an entire day (or more) to do a case study for you, at least give them the time of thee day to provide some feedback.
