The interview with the hiring manager was strange such that he mentioned 2 things: - territory is not yet defined - they didnt have budget confirmed for the headcount yet As an account executive, territory is one of the biggest factors in our success so i felt it was a little odd that they were interviewing before determining what the territory would be It was mentioned during the interview process that they would hire 10 more AEs in the next 12 months for the same region, doesn’t sound like a green flag to me because that would mean the same pie would be split amongst more people, less TAM for the AE Nonetheless it does seem like a great product to sell
