I was referred by a current employee for a Global AE role. Initial call with recruiter was pretty straight forward then passed to meetings (3) with directors (managers) and a current AE. Very poor follow up from the recruiter. Finally 3 weeks later the recruiter let me know they found someone else who they felt would be a better fit. She let me know she would connect with the Enterprise team as they may have openings. That never happened. Overall experience was poor. Company seems to be made up of a pretty big 'bro' and 'frat' culture.
