Asked meaningful questions - small but effective team; most women which was nice. Will say compared to other beauty companies they care about pedigree (previous companies and university) . Advertised for entry level but interview was three stages.

What’s one influencer out brand should work with and why?
Straightforward. Had a screening online, didn't get in the pipeline due to my own mistakes being unprepared for the interview. The recruiter was on time, didn't feel any pressure from them. Just don't be like me and prepare!
