I applies as the job description seem to be a perfect fit - I ticked all the boxes in their job description. I asked for more feedback after getting rejected and the recruiter just said I didn’t have the right experience which didn’t make sense considering I had 3 years experience in the specific things they were after.

They changed from work 100% remote to on-site in the last group interview, they that's why it was not accepted.
