Lack of basic business ethics. 2 interview rounds. First with coo and second with hiring manager (chief revenue officer). good first impressions, they seemed down to earth. i was ghosted after the final round. After following up an embarrassing number of times I realized they didn’t care. I put a lot of time in prepping and interviewing for the role and was genuinely excited for it. It takes 2 minutes to provide an update on a role. ignoring such a basic practices will always be a red flag.
