I followed up thanking each person I interviewed with as well as recruiter immediately, and three weeks later have not heard any feedback regarding my interview. When a company employs a corporate recruiter, I would think the least they could do would be to follow up with a candidate. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything, I see that a new job posting was made for the same position. Proceed with caution!
