I was first called via phone. The HR department liked me and wanted me to visit the company and the person in charge of the project (The project had something to do with mass spectrometry). At the onsite interview I meet a total of 6 people. They were all very nice. The place was under construction and there was a weird smell. The lab, however, was clean and organized. I had lunch with a group and the interview ended after that.
