Was kept informed by HR along the way, great mtgs with onsite team, lunch with hiring mgr. Felt valued while there, the hotel literally up the block from site. Would have been nice to be given a tour of the facility while on site but they made me comfortable in the conference room which was my home for the day. Offer was made to an internal candidate. Bummer but nice to know.

Entrevista
Excessively long, complicated, drawn out. I was subjected to numerous interviews over several months, followed by a personality assessment that was required a few days prior to cattle call-like in-person interview series. I went through all of this and then rejected for internal candidate. Waste of time and energy. It was clear during this final round (and not ever discussed beforehand) that the organization is focused on quantity rather than quality.

Got on the phone with the hiring manager, wasn’t a fit. Got an email stated following up with the recruiter multiple times saying it wasn’t the fit. If I had gone forward I think they said it would be a panel interview but I never made it that far.
