I applied online in September and was contacted in mid-November for a phone interview. I had the phone interview. We discussed content creation, ideation and client management. Then I was sent a packet via email for a skills test, which took about two hours to complete (they said it should take 2-3 hours). I sent that back in, he confirmed he got it and they'd review and follow up with next steps. I never heard back from him either way regarding the skills test or in person interviews.
