Great explaining of company details. The interviewer provided a clear overview of the company’s mission, culture, and long-term goals, which helped me better understand where the role fits within the organization. Key details for the offered position were given, including day-to-day responsibilities, reporting structure, and expectations for the first few months. They also discussed opportunities for growth and career progression, which was very insightful. The benefits package was outlined as well, covering health plans, paid leave, and other perks, making the overall offer more transparent. The conversation was engaging, and the interviewer was open to answering all my questions, which made the experience both informative and comfortable.

Entrevista
Very structured and very friendly interviewers. The people at Verto really know what they are doing in their area of marketing - accelerating and driving efficiency of the marketing campaigns of big names in the IT sector and start-ups globally. They hold mastery of SEO, deep-dive in analytics, paid Search and other key B2B channels and truly seem to provide surgical, best-in-class service to their clients.

Entrevista
Unprofessional process. The interview was not based on my experience or skills, just a general abstract discussion with the interviewer. Really arrogant attitude. Process consisted of 2 interviews - initial and one with the CEO.

We regret to hear that we have not being able to articulate our approach to hiring (point taken to do better next time!), and that we first and foremost look for personality and then look (or train) for skills.
