Once I submitted my application online I got scheduled for an interview pretty quickly. I showed up to the interview early, no one was in the lobby but they had a bell to ring and a sign in sheet. Rang the bell waited no one came out or acknowledged it. Interview was supposed to be at 3pm. I greeted anyone that walks past and I was just smiled at or simply ignored and they keep walking. 3pm hits still no one has shown up so i ring the bell again and wait. About 3:10pm a gentleman walks out and goes hi and asks what I am there for, I tell him an interview at 3pm, he hands me a clip board with a blank application on it and tells me to fill it out and someone will be with me shortly, then disappears. I finish and ring the bell. Again no one acknowledges the bell or comes out. Finally 3:30pm rolls around at this point I am over it, ring the bell on last time, wait a few minutes then head out.

The interview took about an hour. The hiring manager asked me to fill out the application. I brough my resume with me so it was qiite unnessary to fill out the same information again. They asked me typical interview questions and got an offer after the interview.
