First, I had an online registered interview, I was asked to answer questions regarding how I would behave in different scenarios. Two interviews with the hiring manager and in the middle I had to take a behavioural and a cognitive test.

Normal telephonic interview to screen your work experience and once selected there will be the F2F interview with your manager and senior management , My interview was taken by manager and VP and went with discussion regarding previous work experience an d the work achievement. Finally Salary negotiation with HR
