Entrevista
I interviewed at Vestel for an Android Developer position. The process started with a phonic (screening) round, followed by Technical Round 1, and then Technical Round 2 with the team from Turkey. Everything went smoothly, and I was told they’d get back soon.
However, it’s been over 4 weeks, and the HR has completely stopped responding to my emails or follow-ups. No update, no closure — just ghosted after multiple rounds. Very disappointing experience, especially after investing time and effort through several stages.
Advice to Management:
At least inform candidates about the outcome. Ignoring emails after final rounds creates a poor impression of the company’s professionalism.
The initial steps of the hiring process — HR call, HackerRank task, and the first tech interview — were efficient and well-structured. However, the final two manager interviews and the offer process took significantly longer than expected. For a junior-level position, this extended timeline felt unnecessarily slow and could be improved to avoid losing strong candidates due to long waiting periods.

The interview team had reached me via LinkedIn. Until I was interviewed by manager every steps progressed clearly. However, after managment interview they have not sent any kind of feedback and result. I have been still waiting the response from HR team :)
