Was warned that the director was hard to please and has been looking for a year to fill this role. It was a red flag from the start. Decided to proceed and took a week long test (25-30 hours to complete) and met with the director. Once they decided to pass - they send you an automatic email. Just a note: If a prospect has taken a week from their schedule to take a test- the least the recruiter could do is send a real email. Not an automatic templated email. The team lacks diversity. It's a female centric platform designed and run by men. I noticed recruiters keep pouching people to apply. I don't get why they make people jump all these hoops if they themselves are not happy with anyone and don't give chances. The process felt unprofessional.
