      My experience with VetEvolve was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. After participating in a lengthy interview process for what was described as a temporary contract position, I was informed that I was not a match for the company. While I understand not every opportunity results in a placement, I requested feedback in good faith, hoping for constructive insights to support my continued professional growth. Unfortunately, the feedback I received was neither clear nor appropriate. I was questioned about my licensing status, despite having already clarified that I am an unregistered technician—and more importantly, the role in question did not require licensure. This line of critique felt not only irrelevant but also misinformed. Additionally, I was told I appeared overly enthusiastic and did not fully respond to questions. Yet during the interview, I made multiple efforts to confirm whether more detail or clarification was needed, and was told I was fine to proceed. Perhaps most concerning, I was described as rude and interruptive, despite the fact that the interview itself was interrupted by the interviewer’s spouse walking into the frame to ask who was picking up their children from school. That disruption seemed normalized and unaddressed, while I was criticized for my communication style. This experience was not only frustrating but deeply unprofessional—particularly for a short-term contract role. I would encourage candidates to approach opportunities with VetEvolve with caution.
