We are very sorry to hear that your recruitment experience was negative. Although we typically receive very positive feedback about our Software Services interview process, which does include nearly a full day of interviews (both technical and personal), we always appreciate the opportunity to make improvements and thank you for your willingness to provide feedback. It seems that part of your negative impression is specific to your experience, as your original application was mistakenly closed but then reopened for an interview to be scheduled. We apologize for the mistake and confusion that it caused. The timeline you indicated is not typical and we are sorry that you were waiting to hear from us for so long. Regardless of whether we end up getting the chance to work together, we strive to give all candidates a worthwhile and enjoyable experience while they are here and meeting our team. Our team works very closely and takes pride in their work and the relationships they form while they are here. We enjoy considering our guests as potential new team members from a cultural and technical perspective, but we recognize that the work we do may not be a fit for everyone we meet. We will take your comments seriously and continue to make sure that our intentions and our efforts match the experience we actually provide for our candidates. We hope that your interview in San Francisco and any others you may have had recently were enjoyable and fruitful and that your career will continue to grow as you would like. Please feel free to reach out directly to careers @ vu.com if there is any additional feedback you would like to provide. Thank you and best of luck to you on your future endeavors.
