I got a Predictive and Cognitive Assessment first. Then there was a 30 min phone interview. The predictive assessment had two questions where we had to select our skills. The cognitive assessment had 50 questions to be anwered in 12 min.

Technical questions what you have on your resume and codility test. They were good during the coding test. They were helpful if you get stuck. I didn't do well.
