Interview was fair at best. Person didn't really take the time to understand my background and how I was a solid fit for the role. Kept asking questions about all the times I failed at a job, how I dealt with negative feedback. I point blank told the interviewer I was here to discuss my qualifications for this role, not dwell in the negative of my past roles. I didn't get an offer and probably a good thing. The interviewer definitely had a drill Sargent mentality and you don't get paid over time for the 20-30 hours you will be expected to work.

The process was multiple rounds of virtual interviews followed by an in-office interview - the final one was with the department leader, and he was the final decision maker on the position
