The interview process was a bit front loaded, there are a lot of assessments and forms that have to be filled out before even being considered. That said, the interviewers are great and they really put care into matching you with the right position. They aren't just looking to fill a role with anyone, they want you and them to thrive together.

Very casual - felt more like a conversation than an actual job interview. They were open to answer any questions I had, and were very enthusiastic to ensure you would be a fit for company culture.
